Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

• Customers  please place orders via email or phone. After confirmed,  products will be shipped within a week (except those out of stock).
• Products are packed and well-protected to ensure that they are in good condition and not  damaged.
• If product(s) found damaged or parts missed, exchange or refund can be arranged. Please contact our Customer Service Department.
